CLAY COUNTY, 2024:
Obtained a $600,000 judgment against contractor for negligence in construction, fraud, misrepresentation, and violations of the Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Client was charged with attempting to possess marijuana in the 2nd degree. Due to the facts not actually matching the charged offense, we were able to convince the State to dismiss the charge.

CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, 2023:
We were able to negotiate a favorable agreement where client's DUI charge was nolle prossed. Client entered into a pretrial diversion agreement on a minor traffic violation and client's driving privileges were reinstated.
CLEBURNE COUNTY, 2023:
Client wrongfully accused of rape. We assisted client with proving the falsity of said allegations to law enforcement, the Department of Human Resources, and the District Attorney. The investigation against client was formally dropped and no former charges were brought.
CITY OF LINEVILLE, 2023:
Client pulled over for allegedly driving at 90 mph in a 55 mph zone. We were able to negotiate a favorable plea deal where client pleaded to a simple speeding ticket and client's reckless driving charge was dismissed.
CLAY COUNTY, 2023:
Charge reduced to Escape, 3rd Degree and negotiated a reduced sentence of time served.

After multiple challenges made to the initial field tests performed on the drugs, the Department of Forensic Sciences was unable to locate any fentanyl in the drug mixtures. Charge reduced to simple possession of a controlled substance.

DHR attempted to take custody of a grandchild away from his grandmother, due solely to grandmother's age and other false accusations. At trial against five other attorneys, we were able to keep custody of the child with his grandmother.

CITY OF LINEVILLE, 2022:
Client charged with 22 separate traffic offenses during an alleged high-speed chase with law enforcement. We were able to convince the city prosecutor to dismiss all charges.

Client charged with two counts of theft of property, first degree, and two counts of computer tampering. Although it took some time, we were able to negotiate a deal to the reduced charge of theft of property, 4th degree, a misdemeanor.

Client's insurance company wrongfully refused to provide coverage on a long term care policy. After demand and negotiation, the insurance company granted coverage and paid all outstanding costs, including interest.
